Congratulations to All Participants on the First Open held in Ratoath
Today marked the culmination of an exciting competition, with over 50 participants hailing from various clubs, including a fantastic turnout of over 20 from RTC. Despite some windy days, we were fortunate that the weather largely cooperated, allowing us to seamlessly run the event on schedule.
A warm and sincere thank you to all those who played a pivotal role in making the competition a resounding success. Special recognition is extended to:
- Mike Walter: Your continuous stream of innovative ideas, exemplified by events like this, greatly enriches the club.
- Daniel, and Dave M: Your dedication and hard work in setting up and running the event were instrumental in its success.
- Joe, Nilton, Ali, Susan, Hanna, Saulius, Sylvia, Geraldine, and Charlotte: Your contributions in providing delicious food and refreshments added a delightful touch to the event, enhancing the overall experience for everyone involved. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we appreciate your valuable support.
A big shout-out to all the enthusiastic supporters who joined us to cheer on the players! We would also like to express our gratitude to Tony at Yonex for generously sponsoring the event with a substantial supply of free tennis balls.
The success of this event has inspired us to aim even higher for the next edition, potentially expanding to include a broader range of events
